Hello Beautiful People,

How have you been? I pray you're divine and consistently loving on yourself and honoring yourself the way you deserve. It's been a lovely year filled with lots of highs and a few lows, yet I am grateful that we are still here. I'm super excited to send you all of the positive energy you can stand because you deserve it. If you're trying to be better, I'm proud of you. If you're being intentional with your wellness, I'm proud of you. If you are elevating, I'm proud of you. If you're getting rid of the stinking thinking, I am so proud of you. I pray that you remember that you belong in every room that you enter. You are amazing and you are here on purpose with purpose. I hope your holiday season is safe, filled with love and lots of laughter. You deserve it.

Since we spoke last, I've changed schools, gotten married, became a bonus Mama and written a new book, Unlocked (All the Things I Couldn't Say), which will be released March 1st to began Women's History Month appropriately. I am sending lots of prosperous energy your way and I have faith in you. Keep going, keep glowing and remember that you matter so much. Be well and get plenty of rest this season.
