How are you? No, really, how are you? Like you, I'm praying for the families of all of the beautiful brown people being stolen from us. Dr. King said it best, "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere." We should all be tired of the brutality and the pain and the unessary violence being done by people sworn to serve and protect. It's imperative that you remain mentally strong right now. Practice self-care more, tune out from social media when it becomes too much and just take care of you. You matter most. Please remember that. Peace & love to the families of Ahmaud Arbery, George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and everyone affected by violence and injustice. I'm praying for you.
